BMW Tunas menyediakan layanan Penjualan dan Purna Jual, bekerja sama dengan BMW Indonesia sebagai distributor nasional.
BMW Tunas memiliki jaringan distribusi yang terdiri dari 1 kantor pusat, 3 cabang di Jakarta, 1 cabang di Bekasi dan 1 cabang di Bandung.

Posisi:
1. Exhibition & Collaborative Event Specialist (Code: ECS)
An Exhibition & xollaborative Event Specialist at BMW Tunas is representative of our brand in negotiation & collaboration with external parties whilst working in tandem with other team members within BMW Tunas and BMW Indonesia.
To successfully excel in this role, you should be able to consistently maintain the following attitude, behaviour, skills, and values:
Minimum of 1-year Professional Working Experience in similar role (Fresh Graduates with Strong Acumen are also welcome to apply).
Profound knowledge in various types of specific customer, activation, exhibition & collaborative / joint events.
Excellent in written & verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation and self-organization.
Highly organized (able to manage multiple tasks in parallel) and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, working together with cross-functional teams.
Have a strong self-conviction and belief while also able to voice out thoughtful ideas clearly.
Ability to encourage and persuade others, and strong negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical & creative mind with a keen eye for minute details.
A team player who is able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Excellent command in English (both verbally & in writing) and enjoys communicating with external party and/or new people.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and other Creative Tools.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop a variety of event concepts and able to manage and maintain event budgets.
Ensure that pre-event, event preparation activities run well, including the availability of logistics and performers and manage all the post-event task and requirements.
Liaise with Operations teams to ensure all elements of the Event are in alignment to create successful event.
Maintain relationships with employees, leaders, speakers and other parties involved in Event activities for the benefit of the event so that it is carried out properly.
Develop and improve the customer experience at each Event, ensuring feedback is collated and incorporated.
Evaluate and compile a report on the implementation of the events.
Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
2. Business Consultant (Code: BC)
BMW Tunas is looking for Business Consultant to support our growing team.
Job Responsibility:
Carry out Sales activities with the aim of achieving the targets.
Conduct product presentations according to customer needs and perform negotiation with customers.
Requirement:
Must Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
Have min. 1-year Professional Working Experience in similar role is a plus.
Attractive, strong communication skill, fun personality, and wide connection.
Target Oriented.

3. Administration Intern (Code: ADI)
Job Responsibility :
Assist in the process of documenting files related to payment.
Ensure administrative documents are complete & organize.
Ensure document delivery runs on time.
Requirements :
Must Possess at least Vocational High School with Administration Major or related.
Detail oriented, high motivation, & good communication skill.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Willing to be placed in BMW Tunas Head Office – Tebet.
4. Digital Marketing Staff (Code: DMS)
Job Responsibility :
Develop Paid Search strategy & maintain Instagram (Google Search Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth & Implement on-page SEO strategies to optimize website content and structure.
Perform technical SEO audits and address website issues affecting search engine rankings.
Moniror and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and search Console.
Generate reaular reports on Digital Ads & SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of Professional Working Experience in similar role.
Profound knowledge and understanding of of SEO & SEM mechanics
Goal Achiever & Passionate about Digital & Performance Marketing as a whole.
